Hello! Here is a collection of my best works produced over the last 7 years:
The Ballad of the M4 Carbine
Nominated for Best Design at the 2009 Blender Conference, The Ballad of the M4 Carbine was a short created entirely by me about the conflicts in the Middle East.
The M4 Carbine has been the weapon of choice for US soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq since 2001, and is still used today. The meaning of the film is open to interpretation, but I’ve always found an interest with the war in the middle east and our involvement with it. I wanted the film to be politically evocative, yet aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable to watch.
From start to finish the film took approximately 4 months to complete whilst working a full-time job. It was rendered in 720p HD and took an average of 2 minutes to render each frame. Created and rendered in Blender 2.49a.

Underground Carpark
This dark and grungy scene was created for a short film, which is still a work in progress.
NYC – Post Earthquake Short
This 90 second short was created over a period of 3 month as a promo for my tutorial: Introduction to the Smoke Simulator. Due to the smoke simulation being a brand new feature to Blender 2.5, documentation, support and other tutorials were not yet available. This meant all learning had to be completed by trial and error.
